Space & carpet only - �160 (195) per m2 + VAT. You
are responsible for constructing your own stand and for
payment to structural surveyor, for plan authorization.
Any construction over 4m high, (complex structures)
will be charged at �180 per m2 Minimum space only
permitted 18 m2
Space with shell scheme & carpet- �185 (220)
per m2 + VAT. Includes walls, carpet, spotlights
and name board. Minimum size 6 m2
Fitted stand (ready made) - �210 (250) per m2 +
VAT. Includes walls, carpet, basic furniture, display
equipment, name board, spot lights and 500w
electric socket.
Upgraded shell scheme stands, with more
individual design and your logo are available.
Index group can make your stand more indi-
vidual but base it on a shell scheme structure.

purchase space only at �160 ( 195) + VAT,
from the organiser. Minimum size 18m2

VAT is charged at 15% on all prices quoted.
All exhibitors are subject to a �75 Registration
charge, which includes application / booking
administration, basic catalogue entry, web
exhibitor list entry and unlimited quantity of
exhibitor badges. A booking is not confirmed
and a location on the floor plan will not be
given, until a completed booking form, deposit
and registration payment have been received
by the organizers. A non-refundable deposit of
30% of invoice will be requested. A non
refundable 50% deposit will be requested for
all stands in excess of 50m2.
