The trend is a reflection of what is happening across the pond,
where one in five wedding ceremonies in the US involves a planner.
Some shy away from hiring a planner, through fear of losing all
control over their big day. Yet the vast majority are simply there as an
extra pair of hands 8211 if you8217re paying for photographers, caterers, cars
and all the other expenses, it8217s a good idea to have someone on board
to chase everything up.
The more inventive you are with your thinking, the more unique
the ceremony will be, without requiring an astronomical budget. Well
over 300,000 couples tie the knot each year and of those, 18% are
both remarrying, and those that are marrying later in life most often
have the money to spend to create something extra special.
