the fenland market town of Holbeach in
South Holland stands the charming Bulls
Neck pub.
Run by proprietors Yvonne Coates and her
partner Richard Harris for the last two years,
the Bulls Neck offers traditional British cuisine
in a peaceful surrounding.
All the food is prepared fresh on the
premises, using the finest, freshest ingredients
sourced locally wherever possible.
Heading up the kitchen is Richard Harris
and Peter Foster who serve mouth watering
delights such as the tarragon chicken and
succulent rosemary lamb.
The dining area offers a cosy environment
for diners to enjoy their food, and during the
warmer months there8217s even a garden patio
with lighting should guests prefer to dine al
fresco.
Being foremost a pub the Bulls Neck offers a
wide selection of beers, spirits and wines as
well as traditional cask ales.
The Bulls Neck is also a key part of the town,
and accommodates a number of the local
sports teams and even sponsors the nearby
football squad.
Later in the year, the pub hopes to
implement a live music venue to offer drinkers
and diners even more atmosphere on top of its
