Richardson Ltd, of Winder, has
been carried out to the highest
standard and all apartments come
with fully-fitted kitchen including
fridge, freezer and oven and
bathrooms featuring a bath and
shower in the en-suite.
All of the apartments are also
carpeted and painted in neutral
tones leaving the new owners a
hassle-free transition with
nothing to add but their own

The site attracted much
attention during renovation works
with the un-covering of the
foundations of a Georgian
Brewery which once occupied the
grounds. Archaeologists believe
the foundations of the brewery
known as the "old Brewery" date
back to the mid to late 1700s.
Those foundations have now
been preserved within the site as
they are deeper than modern
foundation levels, giving the new
development a historic feeling
while enjoying all the perks of
modern living.
The apartments range in price
from �120,000 to �170,000 with the
higher-priced properties having
the benefit of being more
spacious, or, in the case of
apartment one, having a garage.
Two more garages are up for
offer for an additional �10,000 on
top of the price of an apartment.
There is a limited amount of
secure undercover parking which
