work until 1am every four nights, and are free to do
their own thing on the other three nights.
"It was really hard work," says Annie, "but I
expected it to be. I made some really good friends
from all over world � Australia, New Zealand, South
Africa. The experience taught me to be really
independent and to get on with a range of other
people. My schedule was hectic so I had to learn
about time management � it was a really good way
to learn about responsibility. After all, the kids'
parents trust you with their children for 7 weeks!"
After camp, Annie travelled around the US for
three weeks, visiting Florida, San Francisco, Las
Vegas and Los Angeles. She's already thinking
about returning to camp in Summer 2010. Does
