How can I lose weight in the quickest
time possible?
Invest in a magic wand! Joking aside,
anything offering a miracle cure is
unlikely to work. The diet industry is a
massive money-spinner dont get
sucked in.
Slow and steady is the best approach

to keep the weight off, rather than yo-yo
diet. Ideally aim to lose one to two
pounds per week through diet and
exercise. So plan backwards from an
important date and give yourself at least
six weeks for a good result.
Start getting your heart rate up
regularly. Whether you do this by power
walking, going to a gym or exercise
classes make it something you enjoy

Diet is vital, so keep a food diary to
know exactly what youre ingesting.
www.foodfocus.co.uk is a fabulous free
resource that also allows you to track
your exercise.
Eat plenty early in the day to get your
metabolism ticking over and you will
burn more calories, even at rest. Often
