Days to Remember
Europeans tend to have more days off
than Americans stateside. July and August
are notably popular vacation months and
you'll find most places have limited hours or
completely shut down. There are also select
days throughout the year when stores and
businesses are closed. This could be because
of a Bank or Public Holiday. This goes back
to a time when banks would shut down and
no trading could take place. Businesses were
unable to operate on these days and Bank
holidays emerged. These dates are good to
know, in case you are planning a trip or shop-
