the first of its type to offer the finest
fusion of oriental cuisine, which blends
perfectly the tastes from Thai, Chinese and
Malaysian dishes.
When you first enter into the Silk Orchid you
immediately get the sense of a relaxed and
contemporary atmosphere. The restaurant has
a booth seating arrangement so you can enjoy
the privacy of a romantic dinner, and with its
soft lighting it provides the perfect atmosphere
for an intimate and enjoyable evening. Sitting
back it is easy to appreciate the design and
decor that has gone into creating the ambience
in this restaurant.
The head chef, Amnard, is a highly
respected Thai chef and is well renowned in
Asia with some thirty years experience, he
specialises in a la carte fusion oriental cuisine.
The Sous Chef, Norol, is from Malaysia and
has ten years experience.

experience with an excellent choice of cuisine.
