at all 10 of Marriott's golf
and country clubs around the UK,
all of which offer same high-level of
accommodation, championship golf,
restaurants and service.
Available seven days a week until the
end of September, these three offers
allow golfers to chose their preferred
location from destinations around the
UK. The offers include �99 for one-
night's B&B and two rounds of golf; �85
for one-night's B&B and one round of
golf and, for those looking for a longer
break, �159 for two nights' B&B and
two rounds of golf.
Marriott resorts participating in
this offer include Hanbury Manor in
Hertfordshire, Breadsall Priory near
Derby, Dalmahoy near Edinburgh,
Forest of Arden in Warwickshire, Hollins
Hall Hotel in West Yorkshire, Meon
Valley near Southampton, St Pierre
near Chepstow, Sprowston Manor
near Norwich, Tudor Park in Kent and
Worsley Park near Manchester.
Each venue offers at least one
championship course, while many
have hosted some of Europe's top
tournaments, including The Solheim

The Belfry, the stage for numerous nerve-jangling professional
events down the years, is offering club golfers the chance to
compete like a pro in its Brabazon Challenge on its famous
Ryder Cup course. A team of two can enter the summer-long
pairs competition on The Brabazon in one of four qualifying
rounds staged between now and August for just �199.
Competitors receive entry into an 18-hole two-ball better ball
Stableford competition and a buffet breakfast upon arrival, with
the top two teams from each qualifier progressing to a special
finals weekend in September. Prizes from Mizuno will be given
to the leading three teams on each qualifying day, with further
Mizuno custom-fitted clubs and golf bags on offer to the over-
all winners. The two remaining qualifying rounds are being held
on July 21 and August 18, with tee times from 8am-9.30am.
Mizuno's team of specialist custom-fitters will also be on hand
throughout the qualifying days to offer free custom-fit sessions
and showcase its latest range of equipment, including the new
MX-700 woods and MP irons.
The eight teams making it through to the finals weekend on
September 5 and 6 will be paired against each other in quarter-
finals and semi-finals as the format changes to a knock-out
better ball match play. Both of the teams competing in the
final will receive complimentary dinner, bed and breakfast in
The Belfry's four-star hotel on September 5. All golfers signing
up to The Brabazon Challenge also have the option to enjoy a
special half-price practice round on the day before qualifying at
�70 per golfer after 2pm, while preferential bedroom rates are
available in hotel on the night before qualifying at �69 per twin
