isitors to this years Rickerby Spring Show who
purchase a Kawasaki ATV or Mule will qualify for
entry to the Kawasaki Race Night at Workington
Speedway on Saturday July 11th.
This will qualify them to see the preparation of the bikes before the
racing and they will be treated to a birds eye view of the racing itself
from the new sponsors lounge and balcony above the second bend
in the track. The racing will feature Workington Comets versus Kings
Lynn. Kings Lynn have been consistently good over the last season
and their clashes with Workington have resulted in some exciting
races. Their team includes the top premier league rider Thomas
Topinka.
Workington Comets feature a new team line up with some exciting
young local talent. Get behind the lads and cheer them on every
Saturday night at Derwent Park from Mid March to early October.
