my moods as if they'd known me
for twenty years," she says.
Despite her untamable style
Bridie is receiving fantastic re-
views and continuing to develop.
She recently launched her new
EP, Prolong, with a gig at the Star
and Shadow Cinema, displaying
a new confidence, new arrange-
ments and new musicians.
The night also featured two
short films � inspired by Bridie's
music � by Owen Gilfellon and
Mat Fleming.
"It was the best night of my life.
I was so humbled that people
wanted to work with me."
Bridie's future plans include re-
leasing her album on Urban &
Eastern, the possibility of a tour
and festival gigs next summer.
"I want to" keep playing live...
and would love to do a trashy
dance remix one day!" she says.

on September 5 supporting
