Branston Hall Hotel is set in 88 acres of
picturesque wooded parkland.
Its Lakeside Restaurant has long been
recognised by the AA for food quality and
awarded a coveted AA Rosette for culinary
excellence. Beautiful views overlooking two
large lakes, as well as elegant d233cor reflecting
the buildings character, lend an air of formality
to dining.
Three menus are available, a la carte, table
d180hote and the menu gourmand. The latter
caters for parties of up to ten and allows the
award-winning chefs to show their flair and
imagination by creating a six-course menu which
is totally unique and tailor made to guests
specific tastes.
The extensive wine list, hand picked by wine
connoisseur Frank Shield, provides an excellent
assistance to the restaurants fine cuisine, which
combines traditional fayre with modern
inspirations from around the world.
Fresh, English produce lines Branston Hall8217s
repertoire, yet blended with touches of European
and Asian influences by head chef Miles Collins
and his team.
Desserts in particular are created with
exceptional flair, most notably the Hot Chocolate
Fondant with Home Made Milk Ice Cream.
Coffee with home made truffles and an
excellent selection of hand picked aperitifs and
digestives, round off a superb gourmet choice.
