In my experience YPI Crew is one of the few crew agencies who offer a truly
professional approach to finding new crew. They take the time to get to know the
yacht, its operation and senior officers so that they can match the most suitable
candidate with the yacht and the position. When presenting potential crew they
provide not only their CV and written references, but also a written summary of
their reference checks and an honest appraisal of the candidate. From my point of
view their professional approach really does make finding the right crew a less time
consuming and `hit or miss' affair. I would highly recommend them to any captain.
