Honda has new competitive 0pc and low-rate
finance offers on selected bikes including the
CBR1000RR Fireblade � the UK's best-selling
sports bike this year � and CBR600RR sports
bikes, the stylish CB1000R `Naked' machine
and ever-popular S-Wing 125 scooter until the
end of this year.
Across all three finance offers available,
customers have the flexibility of increasing the
size of their deposit to reduce the monthly
payments or opt for a shorter repayment term.

BMW MOTORRAD'S EAGERLY-
ANTICIPATED S 1000 RR will be
launched in dealerships on
December 5. The new addition to
the supersport sector is available
to order with deliveries from mid-
January.
The S 1000 RR is priced at a
competitive �10,950 (including
15pc VAT) on the road for the
standard model. The S 1000 RR
will also be available in a Sport
specification costing �12,235.
The S 1000 RR Sport version will
be factory fitted with Sports anti-
lock brakes, dynamic traction
control and gearshift assist which
enables riders to `speed shift' up
without using the clutch and with
no interruption to torque or
pulling power.
Although Motorrad has
launched these two model
specifications, customers still
have the facility to select any
individual options they desire.
Bespoke motorcycles will then be
assembled on the production line
to the customer's specification.
This BMW option is unique to the
supersport market sector.

the UK, we have worked very
hard to launch the S 1000 RR into
the competitive supersport sector
at a realistic and affordable price.
"Simple and strong residuals
will also enable BMW to offer
affordable monthly purchasing
plans via BMW Select Finance."
The S 1000 RR has a benchmark
setting power output of 193bhp at
13,000rpm. At 206.5kg in road
trim, this is the lightest
supersport bike in the 1000cc
class with the best power-to-
weight ratio in its class.
Various riding `modes' are
available at the touch of a button,
to optimise performance on wet
surfaces, regular roads, race
tracks with sports tyres, and race
tracks with slicks.
It is the only supersport
machine to offer Race ABS,
dynamic traction control and
engine management modes in
combination.
