PACKAGING SUPERVISOR
The Bureau County Republican has a full-time opening (32-35 hrs/wk)
for a packaging supervisor in the distribution department of our
Princeton facility. This position is responsible for hiring, training,
supervising and working alongside a crew of 6, and determining cre w
work schedules for the accurate, on-time manual insertion of pre-
print materials into BCR products and other duties related to their
distribution.
Hours can vary, but generally are M-W-F nights and Tuesday
afternoon. Approximately 32-35 hours/week.Applicants should be
reliable, self-directed and able to work flexible hours. Previous
supervisory experience is preferred.
This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to
work quickly, follow instructions, and work efficiently under
deadline pressure. Must be able to stand for extended periods of
time and handle multiple duties. Some lifting (20-40#) is required.
