The award-winning Garden Room Restaurant
enjoys south facing views across the Vale of
York and Hambleton Hills. The restaurant prides
itself in providing friendly, efficient but
unobtrusive service of seasonal a la carte and
daily menus. Open for breakfast, lunch and
dinner seven days a week, the restaurant also
welcomes non-residents.
Traditional full afternoon tea is available which
consists of a selection of sandwiches,
homemade scones, clotted cream, preserves
and fresh homemade cake, served with tea or
coffee, priced at 1637.50 per person (available 12
noon-6pm, seven days a week).
Silks Brasserie is a fifty seater stylish
restaurant serving modern, quality food, with
locally sourced ingredients cooked with respect
using fresh herbs from the hotel8217s own gardens
and prepared by a team of dedicated chefs. The
newly opened stables bar is the perfect place for
a pre or post dinner drink, alternatively simply
relax in the luxury leather sofas and watch the
world go by. Silks and Stables sit alongside an
enclosed courtyard that offers an al fresco dining
