LECIVIC dignitaries gathered at Essex University
for an annual meet and greet drinks reception.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Colin Riordan and
his wife Karin Alderson hosted the Summer
Reception as a way to thank everyone who
has supported the university in the past year.
About 200 people attended the event which
was held in a marquee at Wivenhoe House
Hotel.
A spokesman for the university said:8220This is
an annual event and is a chance for the
university to say thanks to everyone who has
