which he worked for an IT
company.

developing software from
home, from there I moved to
commercial premises, started
recruiting staff, expanded into

Greg added: "We have

core areas, and we continue
to develop and refine them as
technology progresses."

unique, it is a mix of reactive
support to fix problems, but
also proactive support and
software development. We
look to automate manual
processes and to ensure
problems don't develop in the
first place.
"We support numerous
large clients, many of which
are leaders in their markets,
as well as those in the
educational sector such as
schools and youth centres.
"On the support side, we
have clients in the local area,
throughout East Anglia,
London and as far away as
Scotland.
"For certain services,
distance is not a consideration
as the internet allows us to
work on machines without
requiring physical access.
"On the hosting side, we
operate internationally. For
example, we are currently
assisting a company based in
Clacton to roll out 80
international offices, where we
are providing the hosting and
e-mail services."
