use less flexible tickets and to consider book-
ingearliertoaccesscheaperfares.
"WehaveaproductcalledBusinessExpress
whichwearenowheavilypromoting.Itcould
be a potential solution for SMEs by allowing
them to pre-purchase blocks of 10 or 20 tick-
etswithdiscountsofupto20%."
