you can help reduce waste and add

you remove all plastic wrapping, free

to participate in a recycling scheme,
then why not pass your magazine
onto a local hospital or charity?It8217s that time of year when you8217re probably dreaming of
weeks and weeks of wonderful sunshine. A chance to kick off
your shoes, sit back and enjoy a Pimms or Martini on the
terrace - which means you8217re going to love this issue of
Lincolnshire Today. Bigger and better than ever, it8217s packed
with ideas and inspiration for summer, tips for those balmy
summer nights, the latest summer wear and a whole lot more besides.
As for those readers who8217ve been bitten by the home improvement bug, or looking
to climb the property ladder, you certainly won8217t be disappointed either.
Of course the highlight for many, this month, will be a visit to the Lincolnshire
Show, which this year is being held 18th and 19th June. If you8217re planning a visit, do
drop in at our marquee, STAND 445, AVENUE 6, ROW D, where you can take the
weight off your feet and enjoy great music, with a free glass of wine, or a non
alcoholic drink if you happen to be the chauffeur.
It was great to meet so many readers last year; our snazzy shoulder bags proved as
popular as ever with practically everyone in the showground seen carrying one.
They8217re great for carrying all your goodies in at the show, but do make sure you hang
onto your bag as every single one carries its own unique competition number 8211 all you
have to do is see if next month8217s Lincolnshire Today contains your number. If it does,
you8217ll have won one of our fantastic prizes.
Top prize is a villa in the sun, for up to six people for a week. There8217s also a chance
to get behind the wheel of a supercar, or you could bag one of our mp4 players, a case
of wine, digital camera or countless other prizes!
This kind of thing doesn8217t happen with other magazines exhibiting at the show. If
previous years are anything to go by, our would be rivals will be busy thrusting their
magazines upon the unwilling, many of whom will dump them in the nearest bin.
Then there are publishers who demonstrate their complete disregard for the
environment by handing out their mags in polythene carrier bags!! So, if someone
offers you either of these, please take a moment to put them straight 8211 if only for the
sake of our planet!
In the meantime - good reading as always8230.Steve FisherEditorThe magazine that caresWE CARE because we want to leave our world a better place than we
