Designed by Ted Fontaine, Aventura was born from a
brief that matched world-cruising capability and style
with the need for safety and comfort for a young family.
In this aim she succeeds admirably. Built by Danish Yacht and finished by
Holland Jachtbouw in the spring of 2006, Aventura fuses classic beauty
with the very latest technology to give a spacious and sleek sailing yacht.
Her cutting-edge design provides versatility: the centreboard gives access
to coastal waters where other sister ships would not dare tread, whilst the
push-button rig and fold-down stern ease the interface between wind
and water and allow for a smooth sailing experience. The flow of the
yacht � with three entrances/exits, an on-deck and raised salon, plus four
staterooms aft for owner and guests � offers the maximum living potential
for a yacht that can be handled by only four crew.
Her interior is rich in teak punctuated with contrasting white. Soothing
marble and wood grace the baths, whilst well appointed ambient and task
oriented lighting prove complementary to the suffusion of natural light
within the yacht. In all, Aventura is a yacht that is comfortable, beautiful
and easy to use and enjoy!
