OAKLEY Residential has
announced that, in the words of
Lennon and McCartney, "In these
times of trouble" it really is going to
"Let it be".
Its residential letting and man-
agement service has just been
launched and will trade as Oakley
Residential Lettings.
The new venture will offer a
comprehensive letting service that
will take advantage of Oakley's well-
established marketing brand and
reputation for providing a trustwor-
thy, first-class professional property
service.
The service will be run by
residential lettings manager Nicola
Woolacott who is based at the
company's Brighton office and has
eight years' property experience.
Oakley Residential Lettings will
operate under the guidelines of both
the Royal Institution of Chartered
Surveyors (RICS) and the Associa-
tion of Residential Letting Agents
(ARLA).
It will comply with the significant
legislation in the residential letting
market and its strict accounting pro-
cedures will ensure clients' peace of
mind.
Managing director Chris Oakley

now include residential letting
within our portfolio of services.
"A large number of clients have
been keen for us to extend our
property management services into
this sector and we have also felt it
necessary to respond to a rapidly
changing market place."

office and its London office, giving
them a well established network of
offices from within which to
promote its landlords' properties.
For many years Oakley has
offered a comprehensive property
management service for commercial
and mixed-use properties and it has
considerable property management
experience.
