Cintel site in Ware. The
Mercury
understands the shop
floor ofa supermarket there could be
as large as 35,000 sq ft 8211 roughly a
third bigger than Tesco8217s current
Hertford store.But the developer Goodwood Property
Partnerships says no final decisions have
been made yet for the Watton Road site.
Matthew Davies, a spokesman for the
company, said: 8220We know that there has
been a great deal ofinterest in the future of
the site and our proposals try to learn from
views expressed by local people.
