Polar
Resear
ch

Inuit
art
and
artefacts
will

ceive
the
grant,
as
part
of
an
ew
1633million
grants
package
handed
out
to
22
museums
and
galleries
acr
oss
the
UK.
The
grant
will
help
incr
ease
the
impr
essive
Inuit
collection,
which
has
ar
ound
250
key
pieces
fr
om
1950-19
90.
This
will
enable
the
institute
to
pr
ovide
a
fuller
examination
of
Inuit
life,
traditions
and
cultur
ei
nC
anada,
Alaska
and
Gr
eenland.
