Cambridge,

Hinton
Library

start
holding
special
Reader
cise
sessions
fr
om
July
7.
They
ar
ed
esigned
to
pr
ovide
aw
ork-out
for
the
mind
and
body
,a
nd
the
first
one
is
fr
ee.
Ar
ea
imed
at
the
over
50s,
the
sessions
will
include
exer
cises
such
as
pilates,
t8217ai
chi
and
chair
-based
movements,
as
well
as
exclusive
access
to
the
mor
eu
sual
library
facilities
such
as
books,
computers
and
DVDs.
Each
session
will
last
45
minutes,
followed
by
a3
0-
minute
interval
wher
e
participants
will
be
able
to

owse
the
library

nd
then
finally
another
45-minute
class.
The
libraries
will
be
closed
to
the
public
during
the
sessions.
The

is

has

munk,
will
be
racing
other
city
mascots

00-metr
ed
ash
in
between
the
heats
and
the
final
of
the
main
On-Footse
race.
